Free Google Ads tools

Tools for every part of a Google Ads account: find wasted spend in your search terms and AI Max searches, test match types and fix negative keyword conflicts, write ads and assets that pass review, pick a bid strategy and plan locations, build campaigns for Google Ads Editor, check your tag, conversion goals, ad links, offline conversions and product feed, audit the account, read Quality Score, impression share and the hours that convert, pace your budget, work out your true ROAS and conversion lag, read experiment results, and turn your exports into a report or a proposal. None of them sign in to your Google Ads account.

Keywords and competitors

Search terms, AI Max searches, match types, negatives, overlaps, Hinglish keywords and the advertisers you compete with.

Plan and build campaigns

Set budgets, bids, lead and customer values, locations and audiences, plan forecasts and sales, build campaigns and tag links.

Ads and assets

Write ads, assets and lead forms that pass review, check landing pages and Demand Gen creatives, find the weak ones and get ready for AI Overviews.

Tracking and feeds

Check the Google tag, goals, calls, WhatsApp leads, offline imports, Customer Match lists, ad links, product titles and your feed.

Audit and improve

Audit the account and who owns it, read Quality Score and impression share, trace changes, set alerts, run a monthly check and appeal a suspension.

Results and reports

Work out the metrics, devices, PMax channels, brand and non-brand, pacing, true ROAS, conversion lag and test results, and build proposals.

Built on Google's own rules

The limits and rules in these tools come from Google Ads Help, Google Ads Editor Help and Merchant Center Help: ad and asset lengths, match types and how negative keywords match, Quality Score and its parts, ad schedules, Performance Max asset requirements and the product data specification. Where a check or a score is our own suggestion rather than a Google rule, the tool says so. Amounts are in rupees, and the budget tools add the 18% GST charged on Google Ads in India.

What these tools do not do

They never sign in to Google Ads or Merchant Center and do not use the Google Ads API, so they cannot change anything in your account. You export a report or copy your text, and the tool works on that. They cannot see the auction, other advertisers' bids or how Google will rate an ad. Reports, feeds and customer lists you choose stay in your browser; only the Tag Checker, Landing Page Message Match and Link Checker fetch the page addresses you enter.

Frequently asked questions

Do these tools need access to my Google Ads account?

No. You download a report from Google Ads as a CSV file, such as the search terms or keywords report, or copy your ad text, and open or paste it in the tool. The tools do not sign in to Google Ads or use the Google Ads API, and the files you choose are read in your browser.

Which tool should I start with?

If your campaigns are already running, start with the Google Ads Account Audit, then the Search Terms Analyzer to find wasted spend. If you are starting out, work out the budget in the Budget Calculator, group your keywords with the Keyword Theme Grouper and build the campaign with the Editor Bulk Builder. Check every ad in the Ad Copy Checker before it goes live.

Are the scores in these tools Google's?

No. Quality Score and Ad strength are Google's own ratings, and you see them in your account. The scores in these tools are our own checklist, built from Google's documentation, to show what to fix first. A good score here does not mean Google will approve or show an ad.

Can these tools change my campaigns?

No. Tools such as the Editor Bulk Builder, the Negative Keyword Conflict Checker and the Keyword Theme Grouper give you a CSV file or text to copy. You import it into Google Ads Editor or paste it into Google Ads yourself, check the changes and post them.

Are these tools free?

Yes. Every tool on this page is free, with no sign-up and no limit on how often you use it. They are made by DigitalSnot, a digital marketing agency in India, alongside our free SEO, AI search and YouTube tools.
