Built on YouTube's own rules
Every limit and rule in these tools comes from YouTube Help and YouTube's developer documentation, and for YouTube Ads from Google Ads Help: title and description lengths, chapter and hashtag rules, image sizes, upload and live settings, end screen and contest rules, copyright and monetisation policies, ad formats and the YouTube Partner Program requirements. India's influencer disclosure rules come from ASCI and the Department of Consumer Affairs. Where a check is our own suggestion rather than a YouTube rule, the tool says it is our checklist.
What these tools do not do
They do not sign in to your channel or use the YouTube API, and they cannot see how YouTube ranks or recommends videos. The Studio Export Analyzer reads only a file you export from YouTube Studio and choose yourself. What you type, and the files and images you choose, stay in your browser.
Frequently asked questions
Do these tools need access to my YouTube channel?
No. You type or paste your details, or choose a file or image on your device, and the tools work in your browser. They do not sign in to YouTube or use the YouTube API, so nothing is shared with us or with YouTube. To look at your analytics, export them from YouTube Studio and open the file in the Studio Export Analyzer.
Where do the limits and rules come from?
From YouTube Help and YouTube's developer documentation, and for YouTube Ads from Google Ads Help: title and description lengths, chapter and hashtag rules, image sizes, upload and live settings, copyright and monetisation policies, ad formats and the YouTube Partner Program requirements. Disclosure rules for India come from ASCI and the Department of Consumer Affairs. Where a check is our own suggestion rather than a YouTube rule, the tool says it is our checklist.
Will these tools make my videos rank higher?
No tool can promise that: YouTube decides what to show in search and recommendations. These tools help you avoid mistakes YouTube's rules describe, such as a description over the limit, chapters that do not show or a thumbnail at the wrong size, and help you write clear titles and descriptions for viewers.
Which tool should I start with?
To plan content, turn your customers' questions into ideas with the Video Ideas tool, outline each video with the Script Outline Builder and set dates with the Upload Planner. Before you publish, run the title, description and tags through the Video SEO Checker and check your thumbnail in the Image Size Checker, then tick through the Upload Checklist. If you are working towards monetisation, the Partner Program Calculator shows what is left.
Are these tools free?
Yes. Every tool on this page is free to use, with no sign-up and no limit on how often you use it. They are made by DigitalSnot, a digital marketing agency in India, alongside our free SEO, AI search and Google Ads tools.
