Frequently asked questions
Is the audit really free?
Yes. Both tools are free and need no card. The website audit asks for your email so it can send you the report link, and we may follow up once to ask if you want help. Sending us your results does not commit you to anything.
How long does it take?
The website audit usually takes 2 to 5 minutes for 50 pages; slow sites take longer, and the report link is emailed to you when it is ready. The Business Profile checklist takes as long as you need, and your ticks stay in your browser.
Do you need a login to my website or my profile?
No. The audit only reads pages anyone can see and respects your robots.txt. For the Business Profile checklist, you open your own profile and tick each item yourself.
What happens after I send the results?
We read them and reply within one business day with what we would fix first, how long it takes and what it costs. You decide whether to go ahead.
What does the audit not cover?
It does not log in, fully run JavaScript-heavy apps or measure Core Web Vitals from real users. For those, use Google Search Console and PageSpeed Insights alongside the report.
