Google Ads management: campaigns you own, track and understand
With our Google Ads management, we set up and run Search campaigns in your own account, track the calls and forms they bring, and cut the searches that waste your budget.
Get a proposalProblems we fix
These are the issues we look for first when an account spends money but does not bring enquiries.
-
Clicks but no way to see enquiries
No conversion tracking, so nobody can tell which searches brought customers.
-
Budget spent on the wrong searches
Broad keywords matching searches that have nothing to do with your business.
-
Ads where you do not work
Location settings that show ads outside the areas you serve.
-
Ads that do not match the page
A headline promising one thing and a landing page about something else.
-
An account you do not control
Ads run from someone else's account, so the data leaves when they do.
-
Disapproved or limited ads
Ads or assets held back by Google's advertising policies.
What is included
The work behind a Search campaign, from the first keyword to the monthly report.
-
Keyword research
Keywords from Google Keyword Planner, grouped by what the searcher wants, with a match type chosen for each group.
-
Responsive search ads
Up to 15 headlines and 4 descriptions per ad, within Google's 30 and 90 character limits, written around your real offers.
-
Conversion tracking
Calls, forms and WhatsApp clicks set up as conversions, so you can see which clicks became enquiries.
-
Negative keywords
Searches that do not fit your business added as negatives, so the budget goes on the searches that do.
-
Locations and schedule
Ads shown in the areas you serve and at the hours someone can answer.
-
Landing page check
Your landing page checked against the ad, because landing page experience is part of how Google ranks ads.
Every month, a look at what people really searched
Your keywords are not the same as the searches that trigger your ads. The search terms report in Google Ads shows the actual searches, and on small budgets a few poor matches can take a large share of the spend.
Every month we read that report, add the searches that do not fit as negative keywords, and keep the ones that bring enquiries.
- Search terms reviewed every month
- Negative keywords added at the right level
- Match types tightened where searches drift
- Wasted spend shown in your report
What is Google Ads management?
Google Ads management is the ongoing work of running paid ads on Google: choosing keywords, writing ads, setting budgets and bids, tracking results and removing what does not work. We focus on Search campaigns, the text ads that show when someone searches for what you sell.
Who is it for?
- Local businesses and service providers that want calls, enquiries or bookings
- Businesses that have spent money on Google Ads and cannot tell what it brought in
- Owners who want their ads in their own account, not an agency's
- Small budgets, where every wasted search matters
What these plans do not cover
These plans cover Search campaigns. They do not include Shopping, Performance Max, Display or YouTube campaigns, or making image and video ads. If your goal needs one of those, we tell you before you sign up.
How Google decides which ads show
Each time someone searches, Google runs an auction and works out an Ad Rank for every eligible ad. Ad Rank takes into account your bid, the quality of your ad and landing page, and other factors such as the context of the search. A higher bid alone does not guarantee the top spot, which is why we work on ad relevance and landing pages as well as bids.
What to expect and when
A new Search campaign can start showing once Google has reviewed and approved the ads. The first weeks are for learning: we watch the search terms closely and remove poor matches before suggesting a bigger budget.
How it works
-
1
Audit or brief
For an account that is already running, we review its settings, keywords, search terms and tracking. For a new one, we start with your services, areas and budget.
-
2
Build
We build the campaign in Google Ads Editor and share the keywords and ads with you before anything goes live.
-
3
Launch
You approve, we publish, and we check that calls and forms are recorded as conversions.
-
4
Review every month
We review search terms, ads and costs, make the agreed changes and send you a plain report.
Tracking first, so you can see what worked
Without conversion tracking, Google Ads can show you clicks but not which ones became calls or enquiries. Smart Bidding strategies such as Maximise conversions also need conversion data to work.
So tracking is the first thing we set up or check, and we test it before any budget goes up.
- Calls from your ads and your website
- Contact and booking forms
- WhatsApp clicks
- Each conversion tested before launch
What you get
Everything stays in your account and in documents you keep.
-
Audit report
A prioritised list of fixes in plain language, for an account that is already running.
-
Campaign build

-
Negative keyword lists
Lists you can reuse across campaigns, updated every month.
-
Monthly report
Spend, clicks, conversions and the cost of each, with what we changed and why.
-
Change log
Every change we make, with the date and the reason.

Frequently asked questions
Do I pay Google or you for the ads?
You pay Google directly, with your own payment method in your own account. Our fee covers the work only and is separate from your ad spend.
Who owns the Google Ads account?
You do. We work in your account with Standard access, which lets us edit campaigns, and you keep admin access. If we stop working together, the account and its history stay with you.
Can you guarantee the top position or a number of leads?
No. Google decides which ads show and in what order using Ad Rank, which takes into account your bid, the quality of your ads and landing page, and other factors. We work on those inputs and show you what your budget bought, but nobody can guarantee positions or results.
How much should I spend on ads?
It depends on what clicks cost for your keywords and how many enquiries you need. Before you start, we use Keyword Planner forecasts to suggest a monthly budget you are comfortable with, and you can change it at any time.
Do you use AI?
Yes, to help analyse reports and search terms and to draft ad text. A person checks every change, and nothing goes live in your account without your approval.
What access do you need?
Google Search Console and Analytics viewer access for the audit. For fixes, access to your CMS, code repository or hosting, whichever applies.
Is there a minimum term?
Any minimum term is agreed in writing before we start. We suggest at least three months for monthly management, because a new campaign needs time to collect enough data to judge.
Can I keep running the campaign myself later?
Yes. The campaign, its history, the negative keyword lists and the change log all stay in your account and with you.
