Schema Markup Generator (JSON-LD)
Create JSON-LD for 10 schema types, with live checks for missing fields.
- Free to use
- Runs in your browser
- No sign-up
Valid markup makes a page eligible for a rich result; it does not guarantee one. Google decides whether to show it, and only marks up what is visible on the page: never add ratings, reviews or details the page does not show.

-

Only mark up what is on the page
Google's structured data guidelines say markup must describe content visible to users. Do not add reviews, prices or FAQs that the page does not show.
FAQ rich results
Google no longer shows FAQ rich results in Search, but FAQPage markup is still valid schema.org and helps machines read your questions and answers.
Frequently asked questions
Which schema should a local business use?
LocalBusiness, or a more specific type such as Restaurant, Dentist or MedicalClinic, with your name, address, phone, hours and sameAs links to your official profiles.
Where do I paste the code?
Anywhere in the page HTML, usually the <head>. Most CMSs have a field or plugin for custom code.
Does schema improve rankings?
Google says structured data is not a general ranking factor. It helps search engines understand the page and can make it eligible for rich results.
Can I use several schema types on one page?
Yes, as long as each describes something on that page, for example Organization plus Article on a blog post.
