Invoices

Acceptance date: the day the goods were delivered or the service was done. If the buyer objected in writing within 15 days, it is the day you removed the objection. Left blank, the invoice date is used. Agreed days: the credit period agreed in writing. Leave it blank if there is none (then 15 days); more than 45 counts as 45.

Paste a list of invoices from a spreadsheet

Copy the rows from Excel or Google Sheets, with or without the heading row. Columns: invoice number, invoice date, acceptance date and agreed days (both optional), amount. Dates as DD/MM/YYYY. If you separate columns with commas, type amounts without commas.

Names and Udyam details (optional)

Invoices accepted before this date are flagged: the MSME Samadhaan FAQ says registration benefits are not retrospective.
